01 General Provisions and Scope of Services

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

• Each individual may open only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

• The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential.
• The account is for personal use only — placing bets on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

vexpi may at any time request a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Suspension or Closure

If a user violates these Terms, vexpi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close their account without notice. Fraudulent activity, exploiting software bugs, or using bots may result in account closure.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

All financial transactions on vexpi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are supported:

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100.
• The account used for payment must be registered in the user's own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is completed, the balance is generally added to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is 10 to 45 minutes.
• Once a withdrawal request is under review, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

vexpi reserves the right to review suspicious or unusual transactions. In cases of fraudulent transactions, the relevant funds may be confiscated and the authorities may be notified.

04 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

vexpi provides bonuses and promotional offers for registered members from time to time. All bonuses have their own terms and compliance with them is mandatory.

4.1 Bonus Wagering Requirements

• For the welcome bonus, bets equal to (bonus amount × 20) must be completed.
• Withdrawals from the bonus are not permitted until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

• One bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is already active.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage, or misusing the bonus system in any other way will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account may be closed.

vexpi maintains three VIP tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.7%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.0%). Advancement to a higher tier is determined based on overall activity and participation.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on vexpi are conducted under specific rules. The user agrees to comply with these rules.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• A bet will be considered accepted only after it has been confirmed on the vexpi server.
• vexpi reserves the right to cancel bets placed on the basis of incorrect odds or incorrect information due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

5.2 Game Results

06 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to gain abnormal profit by exploiting software bugs or glitches.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or sharing an account.
• Behaving in an inappropriate or threatening manner toward vexpi staff.
• Allowing minors to use the platform on their behalf.
